Annex Solar understands the rights and privacy of its customers. For our customers to feel safe and secure, we have created our privacy policy detailed below. 

As a corporation, we collect information that the customer provides us voluntarily. We can access such information either via phone, email, or our website. The information gathered from our customers will be only used within our business and team members. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. 

The information provided by our customers will be only used for their and our business purposes. Additionally, we will not share any of the given information from our customers with third parties outside of our corporation unless it's necessary to attain customer's requests. However, if our customers ask us not to share this information, we will not provide any information. 

Note* Third parties can include any shipping, electrical, panel company providing us with the necessary equipment.

The Control & Change Of Your Information

Just like the customer provides us (Annex Solar) with their information, they have the same right to opt-out from us any time they want. Our customers can contact us via an email address, via phone, and our team will help our customers at any given time. 

Our customers can contact us and inform us whether they want to: 

Change any data that we as a corporation have from them

Inform them about the data we have collected from them

Delete or Correct any data that we have collected from them

Whenever changes are made to our privacy policy, the first to be notified is our customers.



As previously mentioned, our customers' safety and security matter to us, and we take every precaution to protect our customer's information. Whether the information sent to us is online or gathers information offline, our customers' information is fully protected. 

Only assigned employees at our corporation can gather our customer's information and are acknowledged to use this information. An example of this can be specified as our customer service agents department or our accountant. All of our customers' information is securely locked and protected in a high-security database. 

We value our customers, and we want our customers to be fully protected, safe, and felt secure in every step and process they go through with our company.
